Marlin's season comes to a close

This will be my last post this season, I am not really much of a fan of sports other than football. Those still in the running have a great run and see you all next year.

I was there for the game but I can't remember if the Hippos picked off any Marlin passes? Someone please refresh me on that cause I know Marlin threw a lot, but I can't remember an interceptions. I know the Hippos threw twice but were not successful with those passes.

Sorry the season had to come to a close for Marlin so soon this year. Who knows what next year holds in store? Maybe 2A football? Anyhow, good luck in the future to all the graduating seniors.

Thanks to coach Malone and his fine staff. We had a great time at the game and wish them great success in the future.

I was really impressed with coach Morton, he knows his offense and does a good job of teaching the players. Geat call on the fake extra point and getting the 2 point conversion. I look for him to get a head coaching job in the near future.
