With the talk of Rice and Hempstead going 2A, who will move from 19 to 20, next season?

Well, the UIL really doesn't work like that. They will first determine which schools will be in 3A by ADM. Then, they will look at travel considerations and proximity of schools. If you think about it, Texas is a huge state. What affects one part will affect your area. For example, if there is a change in a 3A district in the Golden Triangle, that could cause a change in districts around that area as well, which could affect your district. Because of this, you might see a school like Stafford back in your district, or you could see Smithville and LaGrange in your district. Difficult to tell what will happen, because we don't see the big picture like the UIL.
