Good game. Hold your heads up dawgs you did your best.

Our defensive line was no match for their huge offensive line. They ran right up the middle on us all night long. Their #76 was supposed to weigh 340 lbs. He looked it without any fat. We did have a little bit of a different look offensively from last year, but the result was the same. We gave away about a foot of height and 50 to 100 lbs on all the match-ups at the line, except for one of our offensive linemen. Anyway we just came up short.

Well, they are about to compete in 5a next year? I say the Dogs did a good job! :) :)

Size-wise, you see how the rest of us felt last year facing Jasper. However, my hat's off to you Dawgs. I hear you got beat, but I don't hear excuses and what-ifs. The real season starts with district. :cool: :rolleyes: :)

You got that right the real test starts Oct10 for
20-3A.

Jesuit was a good opponent for the dogs and Jasper had a chance to steal the game at the end.
Playing a 4a playoff bound team in PNG and a solid 5a team in Jesuit will hopefully pay off for Jasper in two weeks and on down the road. We'll see shortly. Keep working dogs.
