anyone been to any of these games? teams in San Angelo, Odessa, Lake Charles, Wichita Falls, Corpus and Belton

Lubbock used to have a team in the IFL but i guess it fell thru

I think Lubbock is in the NIFL. I know Beaumont is.

i went to the Hammerheads game.... Roy Salas and Martin Dawsett... names to remember... and the NIFL and IFL are the offspring of what used to be the Indoor Football League.... or something like that

I have seen scores for IFL games in the Corpus Christi Caller Times and I know that Corpus has a team, but aside from scores in a newspaper these guys and their league don't really advertise much.

on the radio alot... Z95 backs them heavy

I'm not much of a Z95 listener, so that might explain a couple of things.

I'm only 35 miles from an IFL team (Odessa Roughnecks) , and I've never even seen a game! I really need to catch one this upcoming season. I think it starts in April or something. :)

There is an AFL2 team here in the Valley. The Rio Grande Valley Dorados. I went to game last year. I thought it was alright. You are real close to the action which makes it cool. The game is real fast.

The owner of this league is from Corpus. Sometimes you need to read the business section. lol

The league is expanding to Belton. I understand tryouts will be held in January and the games will be played at the Belton Exhibition Center.
