If You Could See 3 Teams Play...

Which (3) 3A teams that you have not ever seen play (doesn't mean you won't), would you like to see play? For me:

Liberty Hill--I'd like to see that 3-headed monster in action.

Cuero--I'd like to see what a 10.1 100m kid and other fast kids can do in 3A.

WO-S--Hear about em' every year, but have never seen one of their games.

Got to throw in a little homer "brag" for the Bulls. If you have never seen a Bulls game---you are missing one of the most most exciting teams year-in-year out in 3A ball.

sweetwater- since i have moved and cant see many now

wos-just to see what all the hype is about and i have heard a bunch and wanna see em' play a game

cuero-love to watch a bunch of fast kids play ball

I'll also throw in a little homerdome myself. If you ever have a chance to come watch Sweetwater play at Mustang Bowl, it's always exiciting. Especially if we are playing Wylie or Snyder.

I'd like to see WOS play as, theyre is always hype each year...they MUST be worth watching

I'd like to see the Roughnecks play...as...their fans are always dead set on how good they are

I'd also like to see Sweetwater as...again....there is always much hype.

(disclaimer...i have seen the likes of Cuero, Gilmer, Sinton, Everman (when 3A), Palestine, Marlin, etc. play...this is why i chose the teams i did)

Sweetwater - They've been hyped so much :rolleyes: this year in particular, and since they are SOOOOO far away, I had to add them to the list.

For those of you who picked WO-S - Good choice, and you might want to add Jasper also - They are a lot alike, with size, strength, and speed. Both would be worth watching, but we've played WO-S and we have Jasper tomorrow night (I HOPE Jasper doesn't have us:eek: )!

plenty left. i have seen lots of football, and i feel very blessed to get to watch week in and week out, the greatest show on turf. they are great fun to watch.

who i would like to see: (1)cuero, lots of great tradition, (2)wo-s, lots of hype. i think this year they back it up. (3)decator, heard lots of good stuff.

i'd go with those 3 ... maybe Madison instead of Cuero since I saw Cuero last year

No one wants to see Progresso???? How can you not be curious about how a team manages to be so bad so consistently? They are number one on my list.

You guys are right on with wanting to see wo-s play. I went to a 1A school about 40 miles from them and saw them play a game in 98, been a fan ever since.

My three would be

Cuero- Nice fans and would like the chance to meet them
Merkell- I don't know why
Sealy-I say sealy because of the past history they had when I was young, really made me want to see them play.

Gainesville- After being slaughtered by Burnet in '03 (and most every year), I need to see the team that finally beat 'em.

Sweetwater- Would have liked to see them last year as well.

W.C. and WOS they played a few years back when columbia wasn't very good and put a whipping on us. (i was on varsity as a sophomore and want some revenge as a senior!) could see them in the semi-finals

I would say Cuero in place of Sinton, but i went to Waco last year and saw them play Wylie......they had some big boys up front, the only problem with South Texas ball is that they dont know what to do when the ball goes in the air...

I can't really limit my choices to just 3 teams I'd like to see. I've had the opportunity the last few years to see quite a few teams outside my district.

One game I really would like to see tonight is the Wimberley & West Columbia game. It should be a good one!

2)WOS
3) Gainseville or LH

i wish sweetwater played east texas caliber teams throughout the whole season..i think that would make them such a better team, cuz sweetwater has the speed to keep up, and have the rugged toughness of west texas....they just need the competition

Right now it seems like WOS(19), Cuero(17), LH(11), Gilmer(7), and Sweetwater(6) are the teams most wish to see.

It is fun when you get to see the best teams play every year like gilmer and LH last year and all the reg III teams. but it is also funny to hear the trash talk from some teams that have no idea what is waiting for them down the road (not meaning jasper) but the quality of teams in the final 4 or 8.

I would love to see Abilene Wylie, Gainesville, and Wimberley. Hear so much about them but have never seen them. Hopefully (with fingers crossed) we get to play some of those 3 this year. I think they would make for some very hyped up, good ball games!!

Sweetwater -- I love to watch Option football at it's finest and that is exactly what Kent Jackson and his football teams are known for.

Liberty Hill -- It has got to be exciting watching misdirection football lighting up the scoreboard.

Canton -- Novelty for me. Just want to see what got that dude so fired up he shot the durn coach.
