The best BBQ that I know of is a restaurant called Railhead off of Montgomery in Ft. Worth. They also have a place in Colleyville. Great BBQ and the coldest beer in Texas.

When I'm up there I like to eat at Spring Creek BBQ. I believe it's off of 114 in Grapevine.

This is such a difficult question because there are so many different opinions.

Angelo's & Railhead are both great. There are also dozens of "mom & pop" type of places that do a heck of a job with BBQ.

Neither Dallas or Fort Worth wins that competition. I would have to say STUBB'S BBQ in Austin, Texas.

Everyone is intitled to their opinion. That's the crazy thing about BBQ. Certain Places are only for certain people.

there's this bar in dallas, over off northwest highway, that during lunch you can get free BBQ sandwiches.

DFW...Randy White's Hall of Fame BBQ is good. Rudy's is very good as well, and good news, they're branching out all over the state...Denton and Waco are the closest to the Metroplex. Now, if you're talking Austin area, hands down my favorite, The Saltlick, located out in the middle of nowhere, just South of Austin...and it's BYOB/L

I know it isn't metromess but, I like Joe Allen's in downtown Abilene and the Branding Iron in downtown Wichita Falls. Good Bar-B-Q. One place I will vote against is Buck's BBQ in Decatur. Ate there last night and I won't be back.

Sonny Bryan's in the West End is pretty good.

Speaking of Austin, is the Iron Works still cooking there? I think it's on 1st street.

LOL... Bucks is kind of like... ummm... someone said... hey, let's open up a BBQ joint. To go with our Catfish joint, Mexican joint, DQ, etc.

Nice building, but food isn't that hot. If you had to eat BBQ I would go with Raymonds. Old building, but food is great.
