Connally vs Giddings?

I think the Connally vs Giddings game should be an interesting matchup but I don't see any talk about it on here. Are there not any folks on here from either school/town?

i have not seen giddings team this year but i have seen connallys and they are a pretty good team. so i say connally should win. but i could be wrong

Saw Giddings beat Bellville. Giddings ground game is the real deal and their D is strong too.

I was at the Giddings\Bellville game and didn't see much defense on either teams part. I agree that Giddings offense is a top flight running team. If and a big IF, someone can stop the QB on the option then I feel like Giddings will be in trouble. Now remember I said IF.

What I did see was the Buff coaching staff doing an excellent job of scouting the Brahmas and finding a weakness in the special teams. It sure was a punch right in the heart to the Brahmas after the Brahmas scored to go up 7-0, the next time the Bellville offense broke the huddle they were down 21-7.

I'll be at the game supporting 19-3A all the way.

Giddings running game is the real deal. After watching them dominate a good Bellville game, i would say Giddings by 14.

when we played giddings it was a real barn burner, giddings kinda fell apart for some of the 2nd half and we were able to pull it out, this team is for real, dont be surprised if they put 40 up on connally

I seriously doubt that Giddings will put 40 points on Waco Connally, if they could not do it with Cameron.

you may not think so, but cameron's got one of the best defenses in the area, yall might not think so but they do

I was at the Bellville/Giddings game and I was very impressed
with Giddings running game. We faced Connally early in the season and they, at that time had a solid defense they have a
front 4 that are big and very quick and physical. This game should be a good test for the Buffs offense and a good test for their defense as well, Connally's qb can also run he can hurt you with his arm and his legs. If Giddings get on a roll it might be a long nite for the Cadets. :thinking: :thinking:

I didn't think Giddings was going to beat belville, but hey good job Giddings. This game is going to be played in Round Rock? I wish i could make it to the game but I can't.

what kinda offense does connally run? shotgun? i? wing-t? havent seen em in a few years so I dont know.....if its shotgun, might be a long night for connally, giddings' 3-3-5 is really tough
