How to post pictures

Can someone please remond me how to post pictures. I need to get opinions about which shirt to wear to the Jasper vs Bridge City game...:D

6. right click in the data entry area of the box and left click "paste"
7. then click "OK"

8. once that is done, add any witty comments to the post and click "submit"
