Need Help!! Which side to sit on, Jasper/BC!!!

Ok BC and Jasper fans I have a poll for ya here. Here is the mess Jody and I are in, BH plays Saturday so we are going to attend the BC/Jasper match on Friday. Now we have meet some great people on both sides through the downlow and don't know which side to sit on. Now before you vote you have to understand that Jody will be coming with me :hairpunk: Jody last year single handedly almost brought Jasper a state title by sitting on their opponents side. When BC and WOS play Jody and I were sitting with the BC folks the first half when they were getting beat badly. At the half we left and BC started punding WOS :confused: In conclusion I'm pretty sure Jody is a jinx :eek: So insteed of making the decision ourselves we are going to let you the fans decide.:D :D :D

Personally I think the reason why Jasper lost the state championship was because Jody had become a Jasper fan. He even drove me to the game. I do believe we would have pulled that one out had he sat on our side. If he goes to the game with a Jasper fan he is allowed to sit on the Jasper side; otherwise, no way. He is like 20-0 for whoever he is cheering against over the last 2 years.

Actually, I'm not sure if the Jody jinx will work AGAINST Jasper, it only can work FOR Jasper. But I am concerned about his future breathing if he sits on the Jasper side with a JASPER SUX t-shirt! :D I don't know if even Jody is fool-hardy enough to do that. :eek: :nerd:

Actually, the other side is not that bad a shape, plans are to put sod on it. To answer the question about the turf, some local business men are seriously discussing having it put down in about 2 years. It's the same field turf that's in Moorhead Stadium in Conroe. It seems to be a done deal, just getting all the ducks in a row now.

Did I see where Bridge City will be the home team? Too bad, I was hoping I'd be sitting among my Bulldog friends from 22-3A. I guess I'll just have to cheer for the Dawgs silently.

As for the costs of the stadium, that was via the $27 million school bond that passed a few years ago. Now the new addition that was put in this past year cost the school roughly $300,000.

With capacity over 10,000 now and with the state of the art press box and it's unique setting, I agree, Tiger Stadium is one of the top facilities in Southeast Texas.

Yes there is a fence, just in front of the visitor concession stand but only a few feet away from the bridge.

The fence is only 4 feet high. Just walk about 10 to 12 feet from the bridge to the fence and you should be able to get the flag signed with no problem.

Well, I survived the game in full spirits. Met some nice folks and saw Jasper stink up the field. Way too much talent on a team to play like that. Hats off to BC for playing one heck of a defensive game. Maybe BC will get a rematch with BH this year and make a little better showing.....NOT.......Just kidding.... :D

I will have photos of the meet and greet up tonight or tomorrow. Fot to go to a wedding then watch BH whip Kirbyville.....OUR payback time......:D

P.S. The Jasper SUX shirt is up for sale (assuming the mods will let me do that). All proceeds to go toward a 3ADOWNLOW banner for the Div-II State Campionship game. I guess we can let Div-I sign it too, assuming WOS is not there.....:D
