Who's the best defensive lineman in 3a ?

Those Rice Raiders have a team full of great players and on the D line, the best is.... Hell all four D lineman for the Raiders are the best and that's why they have a great defence. DE J. Johnson 6'0" 165lbs, DE E. Thomas 5'10" 235lbs, DT D. King 6'2" 215lbs, DT J. Smith 5'10" 235lbs.

I have to agree with you on this one, RC has a great defence and their D-lineman are very good. That one kid D. King is a great player I've been watching him since last year and I expect him to be an all-state player his senior year. Good luck to all the Raiders.

There is a kid from Decatur that is a great high school defensive lineman. Jonathan Wilde is his name, last year had around 90 tackles and somewhere around 14 or 15 sacks. He's 6'1" 200 lbs. He missed most of this years two a days b\c of back problems but I look for him to regain his form from last season. He moved form strong safety to quick side end last year and did a fantastic job. Runs about a 4.5 or 4.6 forty so he can really move. Also is the back-up running back if that tells you anything about his ahtleticism.

Giles Montgomery from Sweetwater is about 6'5" 240 and can move. great defensive end

NON of yalls d-line can even compare to Joe Saldivar #32 of the Burnet Bulldogs this boy last year was first team all-district as a Soph. and even though he had a little injury he is back this week and will cause some problems for MC. he is a great player is built like a bus and is always on the tackle. I dont know about you but any d-line that can chase down a running back that got a head start is pretty dang good.
