I think Art Lay said it on the radio as the game ended tonight...very good driving distance!

Both coaches mutually agreed on the site on Friday should both teams win.

Going with Bridge City on this one........for no other reason than my Jasper friends would want me too.:D

If anyone wants it, I still have my "Jasper Sucks" shirt for good luck.

You would pick BC over Jasper even if we didn't want you too. And we are going to need the power of that shirt from here on out I am afraid!

I think we need to do a M&G for this game. Does anyone know who is the home team for this game? I think Jasper knowing this field so well does give them somewhat of an advantage.

BC plays Silsbee consistent as well. BC fans and Jasper fans are very supportive on both teams. I don't think playing in Silsbee gives either one an advantage.

I tell you I was surprised though at how many fans showed up at Cleveland. Stelly on KOGT said they only had about 40 to 50 people on their side. They said Bridge City almost filled up their side.

You got that right Jody! Now the hex is on! With Jody's help Jasper has NEVER lost a region III game in the past three years. :D

Only problem with Silsbee is the lack of a pregame restaurants.

You will not need any pregame restaurants. The concession stands will have plenty of food. Turkey legs, boudain, links, frito pies, nachos, popcorn, peanuts, candy, drinks, etc. Lots of turkey legs for Jasper. The proceeds from the concession stands benefit the football program, band, and the high school in general. The football program uses its money for scholarships for football players who do not get athletic scholarships and equipment. So you all come eat with us.

I think the point was that Jasper has played on the field a few times now.

they do have great eats there i must say but at the district game the visitor side didnt have turkey legs:( :(

The jasper side at homecoming sold out of turkey legs really fast. There will be plenty on both sides for the playoff game.
