Anyone know how to send digital pictures to a cellphone?

if you're talking about sending it from one phone to another, it's just like text messaging. All you have to do is tell the phone what number you want to send it to. If you are talking about sending it from a computer to a phone, as far as I know (and that ain't much), is the phone you are trying to get the picture on has to have internet capabilities and they can get it by using email over the phone and just download it from there. If there is an easier way, I don't know it.
