Who is going to the Rusk vs. Jasper game? I live here in Nacogdoches so if anyone is interested in a M&G let me know.

Well there are several eateries, and a few bars also. We could even do it at my house. Just need to get an idea of what everyone is in the mood for.

Hup and I tried to organize a restaurant meeting before the Marlin/Jasper game last year, and we were the only ones who showed up. I don't know if we did not get the word out properly, of if folks just don't have time to meet after perhaps working all day, and then driving 85 or so miles. At the Yoe game in Huntsville we had some success meeting at half-time. But what would work best this time, who knows.

I would say, just plan what would work best for you, and put out the word. If you wait to get consensus, the M&G just will never happen. I do recommend the KISS principle, keep it simple and do what is easiest on you.

I may be with my cousins, if so I probably cannot make it anyway. But otherwise, I can do something before the game, or at halftime. Thank you for the suggestion. :)

Ill be there with the wife and kids so a bar is most likely out,,, someplace at the game would be better and then go from there

My cousins cannot make the game after all, so I would love to meet somewhere for dinner before the game. Just name a place and I will meet you there! :)

For those who cannot make a dinner meet, we could still also do a M&G at the game, maybe at halftime. :)

ok my wife and kids cant come either soooo I am in for a dinner meet,, but I am not that familier with NAC so make is simple LOL

j_dog, I would love to see the Dawgs and Rusk but we will be at a soccer game in Flatonia. RIGHT!!!!!!!! Gotta watch WO v. HH and BC v. Cleveland so the nights are filled already. Yall kick some tail.

The best thing that has happened all fall is the playoffs. RITA (that two bit you know what) took a lot from a lot of people. This is a great diversion for many who are still suffering. FEMA and Red Cross may let folks down but good old Texas High school football brings some sanity back.

Anyone else interested in a little mexican food dinner and some drinks. If anyone else is interested PM me and I will set you up with my phone number and details of where we are going to meet up. I was thinking a place called El Rancho Grande at 5:30. That gives us time to eat, visit, drink, and get to the game to get some good seats.

Good...i'll be in Natchitoches listening in. I'll try to be at the next game, it being Thanksgiving Break and all, and heading back to Jasper for some rest.
