sounds like the mules are a little beat up, plus they are on a bit of a downer. P-town is extremely physical and run the ball pretty well. If muleshoe can force them to pass the ball then they will win, otherwise perryton wins in a grind em out game.

Jimmy Johnson used to scream at his Cowboys "You CAN'T turn it OFF and ON!" when they wanted to coast. Were da Mules coasting against Littlefield last week? I honestly don't know, but I'll certainly say from close observation that Littlefield wanted that game much more that the Mules did. But that's water under the bridge now.

Will da Mules want this one more than da Rangers? We'll see Friday night if we're back in black and ready to play a full four quarters. Even without Brady Black, Muleshoe has the talent to win, if they show the heart to win.

Mules by 1 in a tough close game

Brady's fibula is broken.. clean break, so he will heal OK. But he's thru with high school football. Maybe not with college ball.

that is one tough hombre playing with a broken leg for 3 quarters. I believe he gets the fighting heart award for 2005
