So far by percentage it looks like BC has the best record in the playoffs. HEy WOS87 who does have the highest percentage wins vs losses?

Gosh i can remember those big games in the 80's and 90's in 4A against teams like LaMarque, CC Calallen, Friendswood..Even in 2000.

By totals, it looks like so far Jasper has the most playoff victories at 33 :) , and also the most playoff losses at 36. :(

Gosh, they have been playing football a LONG time!

I was just wondering who had the highest percentage and maybe who has the lowest of wins vs losses

And in the "standard of measurment" used by so many on this board, Jasper is 14 and 5 over the past FIVE years in playoff games. Now I admit that 3 of those victories and two of the losses were against 4a playoff teams so do not count in the minds on many on this board. :D

Thank you WOS87 for all the info!

I don't have complete data to answer that completely but the highest overall in the state would be:
1. Southlake Carroll - (66-16-1) - 80.12%
2. Odessa Permian - (77-17-6) - 80.00%
3. Celina - (59-15-2) - 78.95%
4. Katy - (53-16-1) - 76.43%
5. Converse Judson - (72-22-1) - 76.32%

Cuero is the highest 3A school and is probably 9th or 10th in the state overall

among the 3A schools I've posted so far (86 out of 184) Bridge City is right up there:
(includes games played 11/10/05)
1. Cuero 72.56%
2. Gilmer 69.44%
3. Bridge City 68.42%
4. Daingerfield 67.90%
5. Ingleside 67.24%
6. Sweeny 66.15%
7. WO-S 65.48%
8. Marlin 63.83%
9. Iowa Park 63.27%
10. Vernon 63.08%

...I know Pilot Point is definitely up there as well but haven't gotten to them yet

Yeah, I was kind of surprised to see that as well.. they've had 37 trips to the playoffs in 82 seasons, but over 50% of their total wins have come in just the last 10 years. Quite a few 1st or 2nd round exits over the years until recently...

There's no one place really... just compiled from a lot of different sources...
