...high school playoff systems. Fly over the map to select a state and see a synopsis of their playoff system, the number of teams, how they are divided up, ect...

I like that. California's playoff system is worthless. High School football out there is an afterthought in 99% of the schools.

Guess it works the 1st few times you access it. After that it throws up that stupid registration stuff, so make it count!

With us starting division 1 and 2 and no telling what else in the classes for obvious reason$, Texas is fast approaching California and the other States. The money wins out.

Personally, I can't wait until "The Big One" hits and the entire state, or at least the western 1/3 of it falls into the Pacific. Maybe then we can kick them out of the U.S.

Here's my take on some of the states' playoff systems, just took a look at a few of interest, and some others at random.
California - WORTHLESS
Ohio - Load of crap (computer based, come on!!!)
Indiana - WHAT???? Team names on ping pong balls in a bingo machine? What the hell???
Florida - Good system
Georgia - What the??? Playing a 3-way (3 teams) game in halves to determine tiebreakers?
Texas's system is the best, by far.

Its alot harder to travel long distances in California w/ all the mountains and such, I think that is part of the reason they have sections and not state champs.. The talent is still just as good as Texas

I love this part!:
To make playoffs: Exist as a high school football team.
I lived in Cali for 2 years  Their "superteams" are excellent but I wasn't at all impressed by their more down-to-earth teams not featuring the Reggie Bushes and Matt Leinarts of the world and I went to my fair share of games. Somehow they continue to put out great prospects all over though.
