Sorry, afraid that's gonna be wishful thinking. Ingleside's tough to stop. Ask us, ask Mathis, ask Goliad.

I think Coach Hesseltine has the players situated right where he wants them. Everyone seems to have taken there play to another level. I don't like making predictions in playoffs games becuase anything can happen. I just hope it is a good clean game and it is not a long drive back home.... if you know what I mean ;) :D

You know, I was hesistant to make a prediction on the Goliad game because I was still thinking Ingleside was young and inconsistant. I haven't seen them play yet, but you just look at the weekly progress from week 3 to now and you see steady improvement week to week.

The scary thing, from what I can tell, is that this team isn't even peaking. Sure, they're getting better, but they won't peak until sometime in 2006. The more they play, the more dangerous they get. They got tested against a great team two weeks ago and I think they're now primed for the playoffs.

'Stangs in a blowout.

Probably not... pretty poor right now and Bellville/Giddings is right here in Bryan. If we make it to the second round, chances are I'll start going to the games. I'll have enough money by then.

Hey Izzy, if you go call me with updates. I'm in the dark up here.

Go Cowboys, we believe in you. I underestimated them last week against Pearsall, I thought it would have been a closer game. Now I know that Ingleside is no Pearsall, and has had a tough run through Sinton and Goliad, but I think that it will be closer than most people say it will be. We've already made school history by being in the playoffs twice in row, now lets make history by actually advancing. I can't wait and hope to see a large Cotulla turnout at the game.

Go Cowboys Go!

Ingleside- 42
Cotulla- 7

Cotulla does not have the skill to run with the IHS receivers and the Ingleside D-line will dominate the line of scrimmage... Sorry, but Devine will have to carry the banner for 29-3A after this round.

Cotulla is up 27-20?

If Rio Hondo and Cotulla win tonight, it will again be all top 3 teams from 29-AAA, and 32-AAA facing each other, that would be awesome!! (This week it was 31-AAA against 32-AAA)

Rio Hondo is up 6-0 at the half against Orange Grove.

I know, I know, it's only the half, but hey one can only wish.

Hey Sinton66, please continue to post the updates, I am getting Voice mail on my niece's phone.

I hope they maintain that pace...they have several key players that play both ways:thinking:

During the Sinton game, it wasn't until fairly late in the 4th qtr that things started to head south....

go mustangs!

Yes, that was the final from last year, but I believe Ingleside is better this year. Their coach is in his second year there, and he is a good one.

8:48 left in the 4th, Ingleside kicks a field goal, up 44-27.

I read they have a sophomore QB that is pretty good.

Travis Chrisman...he has done an excellent job given his late start. He is the third qb Ingleside has had this season and he has shown alot of leadership for his age. He will be giving everyone fits for the next two years.;)
