well alot will depend on the schedule ... we know coach will not be as ambitious as he was 2 yrs ago when he made the non-district schedule .... but they'll be OK

Highland Park - 45, Forney - 12

FORNEY – Highland Park finished a perfect regular season with a 45 to 12 win over Forney at City Bank Stadium. Highland Park (10-0, 6-0), District 11-4A Champion, plays Texarkana High in the Class 4A Division I playoffs in Tyler next week. Forney closed its season (3-7, 2-3).
The teams remained scoreless after the first quarter, the first time had not scored in a quarter this season. Highland Park took a 14-0 lead but could not shake Forney. Thomas Moreland's 35 yard Field Goal and Andre Derosier's seven yard touchdown run brought Forney to within 14 to 9 after the point after failed. Derosier would finish with 106 rushing yards.
Highland Park quarterback Matthew Stafford hit Charley Dickenson for a 23 yard touchdown to send Highland Park on its way just prior to halftime. Stafford finished 16 of 31 for 258 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Alex Carroll ran for two touchdowns in the second half.
