I can think of a couple:

1. Bay City taking a successful 1-Pt PAT off the board and going for 2, and losing by 1 after a penalty on WO-S, giving WO-S the win.

2. Bridegport sacking Lake Worth's QB on the 4th overtime 2 pt PAT attempt , which gave the Bulls the 58-56 victory and a playoff berth.

#22 Sanchez of Graham sacking Heatly from Breck on 3rd and 10 w/ 45 sec to go in the 4th when Breck was driving making it 4th and like 22. Heatly overthrew the next play and that was it.

I don't know about the biggest, but it sure was fun to watch. :D First quarter against Hutto, they had just scored the first TD of the game. PAT attempt was blocked and Casey Kociuba scooped up the ball to run for a 95 yard extra point return. :)
