My brother in law was the Band Director at Snyder approx. 40 years ago. Anyone remember Mr. Montgomery?

My sister-in-law was in Mr. Montgomery's band, they had a big deal for him at homecoming last year.

Yes, That was the highlight of his recent years. He is about 81 and legally blind with Wet Macular Degeneration disease.
He went on from Snyder and was over the Music Department at Stephen F. Austin University at Nacogdoches till retirement.

He is well respected and talked about in a very positive way by the people whose paths he crossed.
