Hondo is also number 4 or 5 out of all (5A - 1A) classifications, in all time advancing to the playoffs. This goes back before Hondo went to the state playoffs in the mid 50s.
I may be of 1 or 2 off, as i haven't checked in a year or so.

Just thought I would add that bit of history.

At this point, I give most teams a chance against Sinton. The defense has not been as dominant the past couple of weeks, but the time off could be very beneficial, as far as injuries are concerned. Expect the Pirate D to be at 100% come Hondo. Offensively, the pass is still working, but the run game has still to develope into a serious weapon. I will admit that as bad as I make the run offense sound, it has shown some improvement, but not enough for me to really brag about.

well thats cool our defense has really stepped it up over the past couple of week against cotulla we only allowed 72 total yards and that was all running they had -2 yards passing ... but yal are not going to be cotulla
