Good grief....I read a bunch of that "stuff" and I only have one question.....

who finally won the game?

If I remember correctly, Burnet won and went on to be defeated by Gainesville in the State Championship.

You're right as usual, RM. :) Sometime around this time, I remember Paintball "warning" me not to be meeting up with any of the folks on here because they may not be who they seem. :eek: :thinking:

my only question is that Jason is on there talking about Forney playing Gainesville in the winner getting the Sinton/Burnet winner...correct me if I am wrong but the semis in 03 was Wylie/G-Ville and Sinton/Burnet...right???

I have spent the last 20 minutes searching for that thread. The whizzing bulldog is no longer there!:( I was gonna link to it!

I wish the search feature worked past the changeover of the board. It's hard to search for "all post by user" when you like to talk as much as we do!;)

No, Sinton/Burnet was the R4 regional title game. The semi was against Jasper. Not sure who played the regional rounds in R1&R2.

What game was played in College Station on Saturday Dec 6th or 7th, 2002? My middle son graduated from college that day and on the way home hubby went and watched that game.. He was talking about it for a long time.. The highlight of the day was literally running into Coach Fran in the mens room :rolleyes:

That's right...that game was at Kyle Field I remember seeing highlights of it because I finally got to watch McGee/Shipley...
