The Astros/White Sox Series had the lowest TV ratings in history.
What is the deal?
Is there a bunch of sore losers on both coast and some cities in between.
Just think if it had been Astros & Rangers playing
in a Texas World Series.
Not for some stupid silver boot but for the title. (Sorry Kieth 7 )
NOT REALLY !
Im sure the rest of the country would rather watch no baseball
than to have to come to grips that their team is sittin home
during playoff time.
GET OVER IT and give the other team their props.

Look at it this way the highest rated games of a best of seven series are usually going to be 5 6 7. If there is a sweep those games aren't played and that is partly why it is low. Plus neither team is a huge draw. Right now in major league baseball there are only 5 to 6 teams that bring high ratings.

How much longer till MLB tells the Cubbies they have to spend some money and make another run at it? Cubs vs. Yanks or BoSox would make MLB gazillions of dollars.

That Cubs vs Red Sox series that was on the brink of happening in 2003 would of been the highest rated series ever.
