It was a great game that went down to the wire. Chapel Hill missed the extra point that would have tied it with 1:38 left in the game.

Here are the scoring stats:

CH--16 Yard TD pass (kick good) with 5:54 left in first. (sorry didn't remember the name of the player who scored)

Canton--Kinne 7 yard TD pass to Tuminello (kick good) with 3:15 left in first

Canton--Reid 8 yard TD run (kick good) 9:15 left in half

Canton--32 yard FG by McCarty with 5:03 left in half (first field goal attempt for the Eagles this season if I'm not mistaken)

CH--36 yard FG by Barfield with 25 seconds left in half

Canton--Kinne 37 yard TD pass to Prox (kick failed) with 3:55 left in 3rd

CH--55 yard punt return by Hampton (kick blocked) with 11:07 left in 4th

CH--37 yard TD run by Hampton (kick failed) with 1:38 left in game.

Great game by both teams. Congrats to the Eagles!

It was a great game to broadcast. I will put it up on the net archived sometme this weekend.

Also at half I interviewed Coach Kinne's Dad about the shooting and how the family handled it and how it has changed the family. I will put that up also as a seperate interview

It was another great game. This is the 3rd week in a row for the Eagles to have a close game. It was a very emotinal night for the Canton Eagles with it being senior night and clinched there first District Championship in 31 years. Awesome job guys. Another great game by Barlow Reid and Houston Tuminello. Jonathan Ellis was great on defense and key in the passing game. Thanks Terry. We will have to listen to it when you get it archived.
