The young Tigers locked up the district championship for the second year in a row last night on the road in Cameron. The game ended 28-8 with the Tiger "B" team running out the clock in the 4th quarter. The win ran the Tigers record to 7-0 on the year and 14-0-1 overall. The last game of their JR High tenure will be at home next week against Caldwell. The Tigers hope to end up undefeated throughout their Time at RJH. The Freshman class only lost one game during their JR High days so the future is bright.
The 7th grade Tigers lost to the Yoe last night but I don't remember the score but it was something like 20-6 or so. The 7th grade B team won 16-14.
The Tiger Freshman won at home against the Yoe 53-8. I haven't heard the JV score but I believe that Rockdale won that one as well.
Now it's the varsity's turn to hang a W. Come on Tigers, get after them.
