Llano vs. Bandera

This game has playoff implications. Whoever wins is almost certainly assured of the third spot in the district(LH and Wimberly are other 2). Who will come out with the win?

Nobody has an opinion on this game other than me and one other soul on this board? Please at least vote, This game is as big or bigger than the Hondo Cotulla game because, in my opinion, Whoever wins between Hondo and Cotulla will just lose in the first round anyway. Dont forget Bandera placed 3rd in '02 and then ran all the way to the state title.

you have to play defense to win and llano has a pretty good pass defense and they can run the ball all night long with success methodically maybe not impressively but they do have sucess. Llano 27 Bandera 17

Llano got torched by LH, just like we did, but we put up more points. Our defense will be ready, and our offense wont be slowed by Llano's run defense, pass defense, or any defense. Thanks for commenting though, i almost gave up trying.

Surprisingly enough, I do have an opinion on this game. ;) Llano's offense depends mainly on Shane Pope running the ball. The other backs they use combined may get the yardage and carries Pope does. Their defense seemed a bit weak against the run and couldn't cover the long pass. From watching both teams play us, I feel that Bandera overall is the better team. Llano does have some big boys on the lines. The only edge I see them having is playing the game at home. Bandera should win by 14+.

i will just say you will be suprised at the talent of Llano's defense for the first time since district started we will be completely healthy on the D-line and our secondary is very good last week one of our corners had 3 ints yes i know what you are thinking it was against brady but 3 ints not many do that.. i know no one on this board is giving us a chance especially the people from bandera you cant judge the game against liberty hill as a gage for our team i saw that game and did not even recognize our team on the field to be honest we played horrible our 2 losses are against playoff bound teams

Sorry, it's a little hard for me to completely judge how the two will match up as my only reference for either is against us. With your Dline healthy, that will make a difference. Whether it's enough, I don't know.

you wanna know who we have beaten i will tell you but i am not gonna compare our schedules because that is impossible to do i will give you the props on staying close with wimberley who we have not played and ingram who we have both beaten llano beat brady, ingram, vista ridge, comanche, blanco, and comfort and of note we won all of those by at least 2 TD so there it is but it is all settled on the field and we will see when you have to drive a lonely 2 hours to Llano to face a tough gritty Jackets team and we will win

funny you should ask i would have to ask my sister about leroy and luke his brother was playing on the D line but he failed last semester but it looks like he could be back this week he is a sophmore and is good but really green behind the ears as you can see

wow those stats are way wrong, chadd has had 4 games with over 200 rushing yards, teh saexpress has him at 998 with only 5 games counted. the paper doesnt have all of his stats. good luck, im hittin the hay, see you tonight!

I think they only have Bandera stats from one game, maybe two.
