It looks like the Texas Hoops poll is predicting a Mexia-Fairfield region 3 final....I would love that

Not this year Aaron....we graduated a full team of seniors last year. We will be rebuilding for the next year or so. :(

Decatur should be good this year I think...after seeing some of the transfers from Georgia and Cali...they look to be a good team this year!!

I heard BH got a couple move ins from New Orleans. Not to sure how good they are but BH already has a good team and should make a little run in the playoffs.

I don't see BH being very strong this year. Who do you see as outstanding players?

Word has it that Diboll got a good move in too...now if they can get him on the field/court.

I heard he was a heck of a basketball player. Don't know if he actually plays or not though. Maybe just cult fiction.

District 30 will be real competive this season! Sinton, Goliad and Ingleside would be my top three picks.

I still believe the best team in Region 4 will be Rio Hondo.

18-3a has the #2 and #6 teams. Marlin and Madisonville always have good athletes so they could be good, but I have a surprise pick for 3rd place Groesbeck my top 3 is 1.Fairfield, 2. Mexia, 3. Groesbeck

Rio Hondo over West Oso?! They STILL have Floyd Campbell as their coach...

I bet Goliad will be tough to beat...I can't remember how many of their players were seniors last year, but am all too familiar with a couple of names this year...(their QB for one)...

Nope, just football and baseball. Some coaches are kinda funny about crossing over in sports...not so much basketball in AP as track.
