Cuero has clinched, Hallettsville is pretty much in at 2-1, can't see them losing a game to Luling...

Gonzales at 2-1 can lose the rest of their games and get in at 2-3 as long as both Yoakum and Luling finish the same, which is likely...

Liberty Hill & Wimberley from district 27....3rd spot is still up for grabs.

If Bandera defeats Llano this week and whoever (Brady, maybe?) the next, they're in as D1 rep.

If Llano defeats Bandera this week, they'll be in and Wimberley will be D1 rep.

Sweetwater is Region 1 and Cuero is Region 4, so that is correct.

Canyon and Lubbock Cooper are locks in their districts. Monahans is also a lock in their district.
Gainesville is a lock in 6-3A, and Decatur will be in and represent 7-3A. Both Decatur and Gainesville are D-1. Canyon is D-1 also.
5-3A is up in the air, but Graham has the inside track as they are 2-0. Breckenridge, Vernon and Iowa Park all have one loss.
Graham will be D-1 if they get in, which they should.

I think it will end in a 3-way tie with Ingleside, Aransas Pass, and Goliad. Not sure how they would decide 2nd and 3rd, but the next two weeks should be intersting for 30-3AAA.

Liberty Eylau is in at 3-0 with two games left
Atlanta is 2-1 with two games left (Daingerfield & New Boston)
Jefferson is 2-1 with two games left (Pleasant Grove & LE)
Daingerfield--1-2 with big game this week with Atlanta then finishes with Pleasant Grove

LE will be the Div I rep

I just want to say that it is AWESOME to have kids in a program like Liberty Hill. In 2002 when LH beat Bandera and clinched the playoff spot that year, it was like this HUGE celebration because LH had not been to football playoffs in a very long time. LH has gone deeper each year in the playoffs and now anything less "making the playoffs" is hard to fathom. Congrats, Panthers! That goes to current Panthers, and to those before you for building a winning tradition in Liberty Hill!!

Cameron & Hutto both have as well as they are 5-0 in district. Giddings is likely but due to the loss, anything could happen (though not likely)

As District has reported Sinton is in and they will be Division 1. Probably the smallest enrollment school in Division 1. We will at least tie for district.

Jasper has pretty much clenched with the win against Kirbyville we still have 3 games left two this week Tuesday and Saturday but we should be a lock after Tuesday with a win.

I think that is premature for a lock. Probably Buna and Coldspring will be eliminated on Tuesday with three losses. But leaves 4 teams who will have no more than two losses. Anything could happen in these last two weeks and it could theoretically come down to some kind of tie for third place, and then it would go to tie breakers. After this Saturday the picture should be much clearer. Or much murkier!

I am predicting that after tonight, Silsbee and Jasper will be 3-0, Kirbyville will be 2-1 after they beat Shepherd tonight. Then Jasper will beat Shepherd Sat. night thus eliminating Shepherd from the playoffs with 3 losses. Silsbee, Jasper, and Kirbyville go to the playoffs, again.

If Liberty beats Huffman and Huffman beats Cleveland (assuming Cleveland beats Splendora and Barbers Hill beats Librty) there would be a three way tie for 2nd place between Huffman, Liberty, and Cleveland. Don't have a clue what the tie breaker would be.

If I'm not mistaken, I think Graham is already in. If IP beats Hirschi Friday, they are in. Then it comes down to the Vernon Breck game for the 3rd spot.

from district 7-3A decatur has clenched the number one spot, and the other two are up for grabs between bridgeport, little elm, and lake worth. good chance the second place spot will be decided this week when LW and B'port sqaure off at LW.
