sinton has not lost a district game since 2000 against mathis 14-21...and it doesn't look like it is going to end any time soon..unless there district gets tougher

GO PIRATES! I don't see this streak coming to an end this year.. maybe if we get realigned... but i doubt it...

With one district game left before the bye week, it's unlikely the streak will end. That said, however, the Pirates are going to have to put up a better offensive effort than they did against Mathis to beat Ingleside. Do I think they can? Absolutely, I'm sure Mitchell will have them ready. The defense will keep us in the game again, but the offense will need to put up the "pull away" numbers. Practice hard, Pirates, it's in your own hands.;)

31 wins would be very nice. I just hope that they don't take Ingleside to lightly. The Mustangs should test the Pirate secodary. I remember that last loss to Mathis. Was that the year Mathis made it to the Finals?

1999 to the finals
2000 beat Sinton @ Mathis
2001 Sinton goes to finals :)

Thanks. I remember Sinton losing in Mathis, but I could not remember what year that happened.
