The Astros aren't going to pull this one out. I think they need to forget Clemens. He has had a great career but it is time for the younger pictures to take over. Same for Bagwell. He is 37 and been injured so we need aother DH if we want to win this series. Hopefully they will win tomorrow and get a split in Chicago. If not we are in trouble.

It is bad when your leadoff batter gets a tripple and then you can't get them in for the score.

well the astros had a couple of chances to squeeze the runner in from third but that idiot garner didnt do it so now the astros are down a game and will probably get swept

What a scrappy team the White Sox bring to plate... what a team, I like them, but hope the Astros break their hearts...

Too bad the Rangers came out on top against both the 'Stros and the Sox this year in the regular season, these aren't even the best two teams in the Majors right now

Sox have the best small-ball D in the bigs (which is one reason they're here), might as well swing the bat in game 1...

if it were game 7, I'd try anything...

Nah, the Stros have Oswalt and Pettite right? Chicago was rested and it showed. That's why there are 6 more games to play.:)

im not panicing im just realizing the fact that the white sox pitchers are just as good as the astros and maybe even better especially if roger was a no show today because of an injury....i just would have like to see phil garner act like he wanted to win by atleast attempting one squeez play

Unfortunately it is over! Astros won't be able to pull this series out but it has been a great year. Bagwell and Clemens were great but it is time to get some young ones who can do the job. Great year anyway! The experts said the White Sox would win and unfortunately they are right.

Dude, Phil, calm down man... It wasn't that dominating of a win for the Sox last night... We still have Andy and The Wizard... and Backe did really well his last time out against prolly the best hitting team in the bigs...
