Bridge City is really putting up some great stats with their defense. I don't think Anahuac will score on them.

Anahuac isn't very strong this year. BC should win easily...

It really comes as a shock that Anahuac is not in the mix anymore. They competeted very well for many years.

I hear that a long causeway is in the planning to cross east bay from Galveston and land south of Anahuac at Smith Point. An ole timer said at one time (before the ship channel dredging) cattle were driven across this area of oyster reefs at very low tides. Most of it is shallow water even today. The causeway is to help evacuate folks of Galveston Island in case of storms.

The Cards should win easily, but I think Anahuac just might get on the board with a FG or a cheap TD. They really have nothing this year.
