The Texans are on their way to another dist. championship, only team in their way is Burnet. If quaterback Mikey Meeks and RB/LB Slaughter are both on, there is no stopping them. This is going to be a big game.

how's the Slaughter kid doing this year? His Dad was a player in high school and his Uncle was the fastest player I have ever been around (Mike Mosley).

Wimberley was my #1 team untill they dropped one to Austin Anderson. I still think it'll be between them and Sinton for the regional championship.

Slaughter is killing offenses at middle linebacker this year, He is averaging 15 tackles a game. He is also running hard out of the back field, He has his Dads power and his uncles speed. That is a deadly combo.

And BTW, Meeks is showing more and more each week that he CAN throw, not just run the ball.

Wimberley hit harder against Ingram on Friday than I've seen in two years of watching them. No one but Austin Anderson, and Mosley is a STUD, has run the ball against their front seven.

Burnet is much improved and will beat Wimberley this week.
