It was trully awesome to watch him(Missile)run the ball, it looked so natural for him, I guess it helps being a track star (state champ). I can only just imagine how he could be if he would been a running back prior to 2 weeks ago! For that matter had played football in Jr. High. He was Homecoming Football King in my eyes, (no offense towards Joe Arevalo) The Junior, Johnny "Nitro" Nieto also came up big, he ran in his usual ways, this week with 119 yards. Hidalgo is a Passing team with the QB passing close to 900 yards. He helped out this week as a safety and came up big there too, with two interceptions. And Frankie Herrera had alot to do with the teams 4 interceptions as he was creating all kind of Havoc on the QB, big time pressure, no wonder Texas A&M is scouting him, even as a Junior. Tough as nails too, I hear he is wearing a brace playing with seperated shoulder, it happened early this season 1st game against La Vernia.

Man, some of you guys need to come to Cuero and give our guys nicknames...I have a feeling the names came from your Coach prior to him no nicknames only one that I can recall back in the 70's "The Comet" Hear his son is a "Comet" too in Jr high now. I hear your Coach is a WWF fan, I think he might of came up with Jonny's. :)

Yah, he likes wraslin', very good at elbow drops...yeah, I heard in his interview on Texasfootball when asked about wrestling, he mentioned you Zimmy? Are you Zimmerman? They are Zimmerman's in PI, our center is Billy Zimmerman.
