Monahans vs. Seminole

very big game at Monahans Friday night. Both are undefeated at 2-0 in district. Should be a good one.

Monahans is 7-0 on the season. Not sure what Seminole's record is. Monahans has won their two district games 46-0 and 42-6 over Fort Stockton and Lamesa. Seminole beat Midland Greenwood 40-39 and Pecos 35-0.

I say monahans by 10...i hear they are the team to beat down in the south west texas..........i think we might draw them first round...........

Monahans has many impressive wins. Seminole has played a tougher schedule losing to 2A Post, Canyon, Lubbock Cooper, and Muleshoe. Biggest win was 40-39 squeaker over Greenwood.

I think Monahans will win easily. Something big happening out west among the blowing tumbleweeds.

Correct me if I am wrong...but wouldn't Monahans more likley play Snyder if they win their district because you guys beat them....Also, isn't it possible that Monahans would go Large school if Seminole and Greenwood make the playoffs.

Actually...Seminole would be large school in that scenario. In which case Seminole would play Wylie; Sweetwater would play Greenwood and Snyder would play Monahans...if Snyder loses to Wylie and everyone wins as expected....lots of other things could happen...but this is the most likely.
