He was the great silent movie star that made many great movies. TCM is having some of his great movies tonight starting at 11 P.M. to 5 A.M. You will probably want to record it so be sure to have your vcr set on the EP mode for six hours. You are in for a treat. At 11:00 P.M. the great silent version of Phanton of the Opera is on! Be sure to watch out for the unmasking scene. It will devestate you. Then at 12:45 A.M. is a great documentary about Lon Chaney and his life. Then at 2:15 A.M. is the 1930 version of The Unholy Three. This was Lon Chaney's only movie with sound. In this he plays a ventriloquist who masquerades as an old lady, a strong man and a midget form a criminal alliance. Then at 3:30 A.M. the silent version of The Unholy Three is presented! A treat for you all indeed that have never got to see these movies or this great actor in action!
