The CITGO in Sinton has raised the price to $2.89. :(
The Diamond Shamrock and the Exxon accross the street from it are still at $2.59 but it is only a matter of time before they go up. I went on ahead and filled up my truck even though it didn't really need it. No more comments on this. Just passing along information.

Strangely, the gas in Liberty Hill is still $2.69, while Cedar Park is $2.85+, from what I noticed yesterday. One of our stations is even having a "sale" on unleaded plus....it's $2.69 just like the regular unleaded.

Better fill up quick LH because it won't last long if it hasn't already ended.

i felt sorry for the houston residents who had to evacuate from rita. it stinks whenever u fill up ur tank for the high price that it is, and then u cant even make it 50 miles till u run out bc ur stuck in a gridlock...then u have to try to conserve gas by shutting the AC off, then u burn up and get overheated....that is just brutal.
