Gilmer and Daingerfield are undeated so far, with both teams having some very convincing wins under their belts. Gilmer's strength of schedule could very well give them the advantage is this game.

i don't know about our strengh of schedule. everybody over here likes to talk about our non-strengh of schedule. our comment to that is usually " we must have played a weak schedule all the way to a state championship'. that being said, this is a very formidable foe. one that we do not take lightly. i think in the end team disipline pays off and the buckeyes win, say 31-20.

I think she was saying that your strength of schedule is going to help you win the game. I don't think she was knocking you guys.

I think Gilmer wins 27-14

i didn't take it that way. according to the football "guru's" here in east texas, namely tatum and a couple of others, we have won 30 some odd regular seaon games because our schedule is light. we play a good nondistrict schedule. not great. but we cannot help the obviously very weak district that we are in.

Well, I'm only a self-proclaimed football guru. :p Good thing for you that I don't live in east Texas. ;) I personally know very little about most of the Region II teams, but I do know where to get lots of info. I don't use the opinion of others, just use facts to form my own. It did seem to me that Gilmer's schedule to date, was harder than Daingerfield's.

our schedules i think are comparible. our maybe a small bit tougher. difference in weakness of schedule really starts during district. ours is soft. theirs is harsh.

:p Darn it. That's the one thing I always forget to look at. But like I said, I'm only "self-proclaimed" guru....it was good while it lasted. ;)

schedules very comparible. we have already beaten 2 teams in d'fields district, but they were the 2 weakest teams.
