now i cant make fun of Tech for playing a crappy team like SHSU. I hate games like that. Texas will lose alot of players and not be near as good next fall but come on shsu?

apparantly Texas scheduled SHSU because they had a hole in the schedule due to the 12th game option ... thats why many D-Is (Miss St, Nebraska, Stanford, Fla St, BYU, Kentucky, Oregon, Cal, Fresno St, A&M, TTech, Indiana, just to name a few) are scheduling, or have scheduled D-IIs, there is not much flexibility in changing near term schedules

Well, the game was played on the 8th of October this year...and the 7th is the first Saturday of the month, but the following day will be the second Sunday, making it the second weekend of October.
