What if USC, UT, and Va Tech all go undefeated? Who doesn't get invited to the "Big Dance"? Hasn't happened yet---but it could, and then we'll have another BCS debacle.

I think USC would be the fav in a National Title game. It would all depend if the UT "O" would be versatile and efficient enough to execute against the USC "D" and put up enough points quickly enough. The USC "O" would probably put up a good number of points against the UT "D".

In a word, YES. USC could probably beat the TEXANS.

Texas better run the table and hope the other undefeateds start losing soon! Several undefeateds at the end of the season won't be a good thing for Texas.

they couldnt hold a candle to Burnet from a couple of years ago though :D

Texas needs to hope for teams like Ohio State and Oklahoma to run the table for the remainder of the season. Whats going to hurt Texas is their schedule, which is not their fault because who would have known that Oklahoma would be struggling as well as Okla. State and Texas A&M and so on and so on. If Texas hadn't scheduled Ohio State then they would have already falling out of the second spot. Texas needs to DOMINATE the rest of the season against everyone and hope that either USC or another undefeated gets beat or just hope that teams like Oklahoma and Ohio State start beating some folks.

Personally, I don't think USC should be sitting #1 anymore, after the last couple of weeks.

UT and VTech should be sitting #1 and #2 respectively.

I think VA Tech is going to get shafted, if they are still undefeated at end of season...

According to the Austin American Statesman today, they expect Virginia Tech to leapfrog the Horns in the very first BCS points/poll that comes out in a few weeks. The Horns need to beat Tech, and have Tech run the table, and the same with Colorado to have a shot at the National Championship. That's all 'IF' Virginia Tech or Florida State go undefeated too.

JShip should apply for another year of eligibility... hes hurt right now... and the other is waiting til Fran realizes that he has a QB to lead his team on the sidelines
