View Full Version : Silsbee is back, but have uphill battle waiting

Silsbee students will be back to class on Oct. 12, out a total of 14 class days. The Tigers have not played a football game since Sept 9, they had a bye the next week. Silsbee starts practicing today and will play Shepherd Sat. Oct. 15, in Shepherd. From my understanding, Shepherd has not missed any time nor games and will definetly have the advantage over a very rusty Tiger team, not to mention that the Tigers have been struggling this year also. Hopefully this pause in life will jump start the Tigers back into winning ways. Here's the rest of Silsbee's schedule:

Buna Tues. Oct. 25
@Kirbyville Sat. Oct. 29
Jasper Fri. Nov. 4

Correction on the practice, Silsbee will not start practice till Monday the 10th.

Fairly certain that Shepherd missed at least 2 days of school with it being on highway 59.
