View Full Version : UT Soccer players tabbed Big 12 Players of the Week!

They won them based on their play last week in UT's wins over Baylor 3 - 0 and Texas A&M 2 - 1. Caitlin Kennedy UT sophomore midfielder (shown below) won Offensive Player of the Week by having one goal and an assist against Baylor and scored the winning goal against the Lady Aggies. Dianna Pffenninger UT freshman goalie was voted Newcomer of the week for her great play in helping to keep the Lady Bears from scoring and only allowing the Lady Aggies one goal in their game. Against the Aggies she made several outstanding saves to help the Lady Longhorns win. Way to go Lady Horns!

Besides being Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week Caitlin Kennedy was also selected to this week's Women's Soccer All American Team chose by Women Soccer Association. Below she is in action against Baylor. Go Caitlin!
