FW Carter Riverside Vs. FW Northside

Northside won 56-16. Turnovers killed us throught the game. We had about 5 turnovers and Northside scored on all of them. The secondary had troubles protecting against the deep ball which also killed us. The offense did pretty good and the first half, and it went downhill after that. Lack of confidence played a big roll in this game. Northside ended up shutting us out for the last two quarters of this game. Coaches also took starters out mid way through the third and put in second and third stringers....

CRH the Eagles never gave up. They fought until the end. It was a good clean game with typical first game penalties. One thing that surprised me was the continued attempts to run up the middle. The Eagles did well running wide and I think the game would have been much closer with that attack. Easy to say after the fact I guess and I am not qualified to second guess the coaches. You guys sure had good looking cheerleaders though. Good luck next game.
