Maybe not the 'best', but it was sure a good one... both teams couldn't win the game, the defenses, sponsored by Rita, were just too damn good...

cuero can score at will against Rita, her 165 mph winds wont stop cuero from passing the ball:D serious note this makes for a much better match up in the playoff. Be safe and good luck til or if we meet in the playoffs:thinking: or is that still hurricane season?

I'm in Sinton. Gotta board up my house but have to still work tommorow. The storm is moving more due west and I gotta admit I'm a little nervous but no time to panic. I hope noone else will be traveling up 16 to SA tommorow.:) IH37 is packed and moving very slow right now from what I've heard.
So far we will have 12 confirmed at my house starting tomorrow. 3 more will probably come but are waiting last minute.

Thanks. Are you staying there? Goliad county is supposed to issue a mandatory evacuation tomorrow at 10 in the morn. I got that from the NOAA site.

I think we are staying in Cuero.. will make a final decision on Friday I guess. They are going to start bussing people "somewhere" beginning @ 7 AM from the Lutheran Church parking lot tomorrow. So far, it's voluntary, depending on what Rita does in the next 12 hours. Quite a few of us in the subdivision are staying.
