I agree, this is the time of year that most coaches battle-test thier teams before district. The tougher non district games are usually played around weeks 3, 4, and 5. Be interesting to see how many are on this list next week. Good job shellman54.

If Bridge City comes home from Jasper next week 4-0, the rest of 3A better get ready! I expect a good game, but I KNOW Jasper's record is not indicative of their ability , athleticism, or skill!

This is interesting. The two teams who would figure to be the strongest in the WC/Wharton district ARE WC and Wharton and both have suffered losses. There are Palacios and Stafford on the list, who were not really that good last year and now, at least at this point, are undefeated this year.

Wow, what a difference a year makes!
