Congratulations Bellville!!

QB O'Conner had 196 yds passing and 3 TD's in less than 3 quarters of play. LB Lischka was all over the field making several great tackles. Back-ups got some valuable playing time. RB Gobert had a couple of nice long runs, including one for a 55 yard TD. He finished with 98 yds on only 5 carries. Bellville is loaded at running back with Cooper, Chaney and Valentine, but Gobert has shown that he deserves some more playing time. I look for the coaches to get him more involved in their offense.

Bellville will most certainly climb up the rankings. They have looked awesome this year.

RM said to tell you hi. I met your Dad a couple of years ago in Navasota. Tell him him hi and let's all get together for a game.

They should not meet in the playoffs. Marlin will go Div II. Looks like Bellville will go Div I. Navasota would have to make it in top 3 in Bellville's district. I don't think that will happen.
District 20:
Bellville
Altair Rice
Hempstead/Sealy?

Congrats Brahmas! We are going strong and a week off should let us recuperate from some tough teams and Homecoming. Don't get complacent, Bellville, the season has just barely gotten underway. One week at a time, keep it up, Bulls!

Bellville is one of those that are a contender this year. I think they have the talent on a given night to upset almost anyone. It is amazing how Poll people only tout past preformers instead of seeing who is returning depth from a previous fair season.
