Mustangs D weren't themselves for like the first 2 Qtrs of the game... I don't know if the coach was trying something different but Taft was moving the ball fairly well. Inglesides O had some good drives but every time they would get something going penalties would kill them. 2 TD's were called back that were for holding, but there wasn't anyone holding. Second half Ingleside's D just dominated. Offensive production was also way better. Watch out for Rodriguez #1... he is a sophomore RB for Ingleside and I don't know where this kid came from but he was running up and down the feild. I don't think they really have utilized him the last 3 games but I am sure after tonight they will. He can't be no taller than 5" 2 but the young man can take a hit and keep on going. I was really impressed with him. They will have to really be prepared for West Oso though. Good Job Mustangs.. nice win.

Sounds like Ingleside's team is starting to come back around. They did a good job (from what I heard) the first half against OG, but they're finally getting to where they're putting it together. I can't wait to see what happens next week. Not saying Ingleside will win or we'll lose, but West Oso will be a great gauge of where we really are heading into district.
