What a high quality town and football team..Elgin gave 100% the whole way...They have some great athletes and I thought they had good discipline. Bridge City probably played their best game of the year tonight. Second string tailback Michael "The Moose" Gauthier came in an did some great running. Coach Tarver was working a lot of those Sophomores in and out of the lineup throughtout most of the game...What was the final on Newton's and Jasper's games?

Congrats BC and Old Card. I wasn't able to make the game but did hear Elgin's fumbles and picks contributed to the game not being very close. Was wondering how Elgin matched up with BC? Good luck to BC against Jasper. Remember BC, there is a reason we actually play the games.

Way to go BC! Congrats to Old Cardinal your BC Cardinals must have played some good football to beat Elgin so handily. I thought it would have been at least close! BC must be one tough team. Good luck next week. Just keep the focus and let the other team make the mistakes. :) :) :)
