Bandera is our furthest game. It's 2 1/2 for us... 3 hours for the kids on the buses. But we don't mind driving back after the victories. :)

Greenwood use to have to travel to presidio for a district game in football but they no longer have a football team, but we have to travel there and play them in all other sports and thats a 6 hr drive on a yellow dog

Sinton goes to umm... beeville(?), and we think that is far this year... a couple of years back... we traveled to Victoria to play Vanderbilt Industrial either N/D or Playoffs

OMG... you know what.. last year, when we played Sealy in Sealy, we were stopped at I 10 eating and there was a van pulling a trailer that had LEE REBELS on it and we couldn't figure out what the heck they were doing so far south - seems they played someone in Beaumont or somewhere in SE Texas last year too. Wow, that is a long drive!

good thing about playing in east texas. lots of 3a and 4a towns. i would say gilmers fartherest game this tear would be 45 minutes. even in our playoff run last year, as far as we went was nacogdoches (2 times) irving (2.5 hours) and greenville (1.5 hours). we got very lucky on travel schedule.
