Just got an e-mail from APISD with the following:

More news from APISD
*The APHS Fellowship of Christian Athletes are going to have a
fundraiser that involves someone possibly winning a new car. Got your
attention? Good. Now here is the deal. At the Ingleside and Goliad games
(both are home games) there will be a car at the stadium courtesy of
Auto Plex in Aransas Pass. People will have the chance to purchase
tickets for $2 each or two tickets for $3 to have their name put into a
drawing to see who gets a chance to throw a football through the open
window of the car. Men must throw the ball from a distance of 32 yards
and women from a distance of 27 yards. The ball will not be standard
football, but a nerf football. The person who throws the ball through
the window will win $15,000 to $20,000 toward the purchase of a car at
Auto Plex. The customer will be responsible for tax, title, license and
other usual fees.



I can't even throw a regular football 27 yards much less a nerf football! Should be fun to watch though. Big Daddy Russ, maybe you should do this instead of buying a motorcycle!:D

.....so you're right, I bet nobody wins. The person that gets lucky enough to have their name drawn probably won't be able to do it!:rolleyes:

Aaron, you want me to buy tickets and put your name on them? If you win, we split it?
