Sinton 7 & 8 vs. Kingsville 7 & 8

Sinton 7 & 8 grade play in Kingsville. Does anyone know where the field is that they play on? Does it have stands or is it a just a practice field?

Sinton 81 I lived there years ago and called a friend there and it is at the same field as when I was there. There are many ways to get there but I better give you the easiest way to go. Go to Kingsville on the 77 by pass and exit on King Avenue (This is also Hwy 141). Then turn right on King Avenue going west for about 2 miles till you get to Armstrong Street (which will have a signal light). At Armstrong take a left and go one block and then you will see the field to your left. It is called Mopac field. I don't think it has stands but on one side of the field but they may have built some more on the other side. Have fun and good luck to the team. Post results on the web site please.

I believe Mopac has bleachers on both sides. Not a lot, though. At least they were on both sides last time I was there, which was 2 years ago.

Also 81 if you know how to get to Javelina Stadium this might be faster for you. At Javelina Stadium you just keep going South on the street West of the Stadium (this is Armstrong Street) and go South about a mile and you will see Mopac Field on your left.

I wish Corpus Christi had a great field like Javelina Stadium with a good stadium and plenty of parking.
